Useful information before departure

There are two coffee makers at your disposal. A Nespresso and/or a Nescafe Dolce Gusto. Handy when you go shopping and can take the right coffee with you.

There is an oven and separate microwave.

There is a washer-dryer combination in the cupboard at the entrance. So you don't have to take mountains of clothes with you, washing and drying is possible. There is also a drying rack in the cupboard.

You often have very wet gloves at the end of the day. There is a drying rack in the hall, which you can turn on with a timer. The next day you can wear your dry boots or gloves again.

There is a very small supermarket nearby, and you can also get fresh bread in the morning from the bakery in the village.

If you enter K-Alm on your route planner, you will arrive in the village. To the right of the K-alm you will see the reception building of Alp Resorts. There is the reception where you can get the key, check in and ask any questions.

Our chalet is located in Alpenpark II, if you drive a short distance down the mountain from the reception, you will see a small sign on your left. Here you can drive up the mountain. All the way to the top, you first pass houses from Alpenpark I, these houses were built earlier. If you turn right at the top and continue a little, you make a small bend to the right and you will see #14. There are 3 parking spaces in front of the door.

There is a television in the living room. It is possible to log in with your own Netflix account (don't forget to log out ;-)) You can also play your own music.

If you want to vacuum and mop. Everything is there. In and on the cupboard in the hall.

Below the reception there is a drying room where you can store your skis, snowboards and shoes. You will receive the code from reception. You can always place them in the cage near the front door, there is a special space made for that.

There are two ski rental options . You can find the link to this on the what to do in winter page. You can find the ski rental to the right and left of the reception. If you book with us and indicate that you have rented a chalet at Alps resorts, you will receive a 10 percent discount.

There are two teaching locations. You can find the link to this on the what to do in winter page. To the right and left of the reception you can find teaching locations and meeting places. You can book private lessons, but also group lessons.

The reception is located near the K-Alm and between the 2 ski schools and ski rental companies. The telephone number is 0043 - 664 886 795 29. The opening hours in the summer are from Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and from 1.30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

On the top floor there is an extra spacious room where a baby cot can be placed. This can be ordered when booking. You can place an extra mattress or bed if necessary.

Bed linen and towels are included. You can wash this in between in the washer-dryer combination.

There is a sofa bed in the living room, not ideal for sleeping as there is a lot of light, but it is a possibility. You will have to provide your own bedding.

One of the many ski lifts starts near the reception. Here you can get your ski pass and a map with all the slopes and lifts.

There are 3 parking spaces at the chalet. You can park for free in the village, close to the ski lifts. Special parking spaces have also been reserved for tenants of the chalets for Alps resorts. These are located close to the entrance of Alpenpark I.

In winter a small train runs through the Alpenpark area to the ski lifts. There is a "stop" sign between Alpenpark I and II. You can also take the car yourself, which takes about 2 minutes down the mountain and into the village. We always like to lap, we immediately have a warm-up and cool down of 10-15 minutes.
